6. Introduce Yourself
You just sat down across from your date. They smile and say: "So... tell me about yourself." Return a 30–60 second introduction that is warm, specific, and opens threads for them to pull on.

Constraints
- 30–60 seconds. This is an intro, not a memoir.
- Include at least 2 concrete, specific details.
- Must end with an opening for them to respond to.
- No résumé recitation. They asked who you are, not for references.
Hints
- Specific beats impressive. "I collect terrible airport souvenirs" is a better hook than "I travel a lot."
- Structure it like a story: where you came from, what you're into now, one self-deprecating detail.
- End by passing the turn — a question or a "what about you?" keeps it a conversation, not a monologue.
